Every design starts as a stencil, cut and placed by hand. It's the only part of the process that's fully controlled. Everything after it isn't.

Bleach doesn't sit on cotton. It pulls the color out. Where it lands heavy, the fabric goes pale. Where it mists, it fades into something in between. The shirt decides the rest.

Same stencil, different shirt, every time. The bleed, the fade, the edges that didn't land clean aren't flaws. They're what makes it yours, and no one else's.
